How We Grade Refurbished Phones
Transparency is at the heart of what we do. Every refurbished device is assigned a grade so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.
🌟 Grade A – Excellent
Device shows minimal signs of use. Screen and body are in near-perfect condition with no visible scratches. Fully functional in every respect. Ideal for customers who want a refurb that looks and feels new.
👍 Grade B – Good
Minor light scratches on the screen or body, only noticeable under direct light. All functions work perfectly. A great option for those who want a quality device at a lower price point.
✅ Grade C – Fair
Some visible scratches or scuffs that don't affect usage. Fully functional, tested, and certified. Best suited to customers prioritising value over cosmetics — the phone works perfectly.
